Every student at CMC spends most of their time doing the actual work of the ministry. Jesus' call is for “laborers in the harvest field” and you’ll have the exciting privilege of answering that call.

Conquest

Conquest brings a message to the public schools of America: it's your life... your choice. You can choose to live in a box fashioned by those around you, or break out and live the life of your dreams.

Conquest is derived from the word "conquer," meaning 1) to gain or acquire by force of arms; to gain mastery over or win by overcoming obstacles or opposition <conquered the mountain>2) to overcome by mental or moral power <conquered her fear>

This generation has found its identity within the confines of popular media. A wall has been built inside the minds of our nation’s youth, trapping them in a box of insecurity, fear and hopelessness.  Through personal stories of change, moving live and multi-media presentations, and interactive elements we challenge students to live the life they believed was out of reach.

Expeditions

An expedition is defined as: 1a) A journey or excursion undertaken for a specific purpose. 1b) The group of persons making such a journey. 2) Efficient promptness: Speed. 3) A sending or setting forth

CMC ministers to hundreds of churches and schools on our nationwide "tours." Whether feeding the homeless in inner-city Los Angeles or renovating a church in downtown Lafayette, the tours provide our students with the unique opportunity to not only change their own lives, but also the lives of thousands of people across the country.

Missions

At Clearwater Master's Commission you’ll have the opportunity to expand your life-changing experience through overseas missions.  These trips are optional and require additional fees -- the cost is more than worth it though. You can minister to fatherless Catholic children in religion-torn Northern Ireland or you can speak Truth to a tiny village in the Dominican Republic racked by voodoo. Throughout the years we have also visited countries like Germany, Romania, Croatia, and most recently Guatemala and El Salvador. Fulfilling the call that Jesus gave to "Go into all the world and preach the gospel" is something we make sure to put into action. We believe that light burns brightest in the darkest places, and we are to be the salt and light to this earth.

Church Ministries

One of the great benefits of coming to Clearwater Master's Commission is the exposure you will get from working in the various ministries of our church. We have an incredible pastoral staff of seasoned and creative people. Some of the ministries you’ll be involved in are:

• United Family Outreach , a need-oriented evangelism ministry which feeds and provides for 60-80 families every week
• Oneighty, a dynamic youth group bent on reaching today's teens for Christ
• 3C Young Adults, a new ministry focused on connecting to Christ the Community and Culture
• Surge Ministries, a creative and innovative approach to children’s ministry
• Worship Arts, the music and arts department of First Assembly
• Women's Ministry, connect a build relationships with the women of God in our congregation
• Ministries Connect, this ministry allows our CMC student to be invloved with each ministry at our church. i.e. Youth, Children's, Hospitality Ministries, Royal Rangers, Missionettes.
